Your first visit is 60 minutes and includes a full consultation, exam, and your first treatment. We take time to get to know you, understand your concerns, and build a care plan that fits your lifestyle. You’ll never feel rushed—and you’ll leave with a clear direction for your care.

At H & H Chiro, chiropractic care includes precise spinal and extremity adjustments—gentle, controlled movements that restore joint motion. Our team is trained in a variety of chiropractic disciplines and will work with you to determine the best approach for your care. We also offer therapies like cupping, scraping, electric stimulation, and therapuetic ultrasound to enhance healing and support long-term wellness.

Yes, generally, chiropractic care is safe for children and can help promote healthy development, proper posture, and nervous system function. Gentle, age-appropriate adjusments can support children through growth milestones, and may help with issues like colic, ear infections, and trouble sleeping. Our team has over 300 hours of training in pediatric chiropractic care, and experience in treating kids of all ages. 

H & H Chiro operates on a direct-care (cash-based) model.

This means payment is made at the time of your visit, allowing your care to be guided by your needs—not insurance restrictions or treatment limits.

While we do not bill insurance on your behalf, we can provide a detailed superbill upon request after your visit that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We do accept your HSA/FSA.
